We process account identifiers and the contacts, companies, notes, tasks, relationships, images and documents you choose to save. We use them to authenticate your account, synchronize records and provide the features you request. Cloudflare provides server, database and file infrastructure.
The Byedo owner selects the AI service for each function. Recommended routing uses DeepSeek for Company Enrichment with one OpenAI backup if the first service fails, and OpenAI for other AI functions. Manually configured services may include OpenAI, DeepSeek, Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude, where supported. The confirmation before an AI action names the selected service and any permitted backup. Requested AI actions may send your question, relevant saved records or selected files to the applicable provider. Enrichment uses company identification and public research. Excel column mapping may send headings and up to three sample rows to the confirmed service. Duplicate matching compares stored records on the Byedo server without sending them to an AI provider. Providers process information under their own terms and may process it in other countries. DeepSeek states that it processes and stores personal data in China. OpenAI API requests in Byedo use store:false, which does not remove provider abuse-monitoring retention. We do not promise zero provider retention. A shared link publicly previews the name, role and company. If you enable photo sharing, the photo is also public and may appear in messaging previews. Contact details and an optional brochure are available to a signed-in recipient. Saving the card creates independent copies of the shared photo and brochure in the recipient account. Revoking a link stops future access but does not remove saved copies or messaging previews. Private notes, tasks and internal relationship information are not shared. Camera, photo selection and notifications are used for the features you choose. Typed addresses do not require GPS access.
Financial usage logs record account/action identifiers, provider, model, token/tool counts, estimated cost, timing and outcome. They do not store user questions or private record content. Operational usage summaries may be held separately from your account records. Apple handles subscription payments; Byedo stores transaction identifiers, product, environment, expiry and verified subscription status. Byedo does not collect your payment card number.
Saved records remain while your account is active. You can delete your account in You → Settings → Delete Account after identity confirmation. The deletion process removes live account records and uploaded files. Deletion completion receipts are retained for up to 30 days. Temporary Apple sign-in guards expire after 15 minutes and are cleaned up by the deletion process. Separately held usage logs, service security records and infrastructure recovery copies may remain beyond live deletion; contact us to request assistance. We do not claim that deletion removes provider-held information immediately. Deleting Byedo does not delete your Apple ID or cancel an Apple subscription.
